These Terms set out the agreement between you and MGM91. By creating an account or placing a bet, you accept them. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gaming where you live, whichever is higher. You are responsible for making sure online gaming is legal in your location. If it is not, please do not use MGM91. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time.

2. Your Account

• You may hold one account. Multiple accounts may be closed and balances withheld.
• The details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Activity under your login is treated as yours.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

3. Playing & Wagering

All bets are final once confirmed. Each game has its own rules and odds, shown before you play. In the rare event of an obvious error, a system fault, or a game malfunction, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. We keep records of play to settle any dispute fairly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are added to your balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are reviewed for security and to meet legal requirements before they are released.
• We may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw to accounts held in your own name.

5. Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions come with their own terms, including wagering requirements and time limits. Read them before accepting. 6. Fair Conduct

You agree not to cheat, use bots or automated tools, collude with other players, or exploit faults. You must not use MGM91 to launder money or for any unlawful purpose. Breaking these rules can result in your account being suspended or closed and funds being withheld pending investigation.

7. Liability

MGM91 is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from interruptions, or from decisions you make while playing. Gaming carries financial risk, and that risk is yours.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use MGM91 after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
